Love Italian food?

Have a salad with Italian dressing and chicken Alfredo or baked unbreaded chicken parmesan with fresh grated Romano cheese.  Wash it down with a diet soda or unsweetened iced tea.

 
 
Feeling bloated?
 
You may not be drinking enough and may be constipated. This isn't uncommon during the first two weeks on the Atkins Diet. It will pass but in the meantime have some fiber-con tablets or sugar free Metamucil to get things going.
