Ultimate
Frappucino
 | 2/3 cup espresso, brewed |
 | 2/3 cup half and half |
 | 1 1/3 cups heavy whipping
cream |
 | 1 2/3 cups water, cold |
 | 1/3 cup Splenda or 7
packets equal |
 | 2 cups ice |
Combine all ingredients except
ice in a pitcher and stir until sweetener is dissolved.
Pour mixture into a blender and add ice. Blend
in quick bursts until ice is small and the
mixture has a snow cone texture. Pour in glasses
and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
FYI - you can make a fabulous
breakfast or meal replacement by adding 4 scoops
of your favorite vanilla protein powder. (1
scoop per serving). Remember to add up the extra
carbs and calories if you do.
