Sun Dried Tomato Dip
bullet1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
bullet1/3 cup sour cream
bullet2/3 cup mayonnaise
bullet2 cloves garlic, finely minced
bullet1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped or 1 tsp. dried basil
bullet1/4 cup green olives, chopped
bullet1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Place tomatoes Ziploc bag and add balsamic vinegar. Soak for an hour at room temperature. Remove tomatoes from bag. Throw away the bag and the vinegar. Chop tomatoes finely and mix with remaining ingredients. Chill for 2 hours.
