Sun Dried Tomato
Dip
 | 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes |
 | 1/3 cup sour cream |
 | 2/3 cup mayonnaise |
 | 2 cloves garlic, finely
minced |
 | 1 tablespoon fresh basil,
chopped or 1 tsp. dried basil |
 | 1/4 cup green olives,
chopped |
 | 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
Place tomatoes Ziploc bag and
add balsamic vinegar. Soak for an hour at room
temperature. Remove tomatoes from bag. Throw
away the bag and the vinegar. Chop tomatoes
finely and mix with remaining ingredients. Chill
for 2 hours.
