eggplant, broccoli, green beans and
more

Supplement
with delicious cheeses, nuts, seeds, butter,
and low glycemic fruits
|

Use
VERY rarely bread, potatoes, pasta, sweets,
rice, and high sugar fruits like bananas,
pineapples or oranges
