Want a drink? Go ahead! Just stick to hard liquors like whiskey, gin, vodka, bourbon or scotch. Mix them with diet soda, water, or any other sugar free drink.  If you are a wine drinker have a 3 oz glass of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, or Shiraz. For beer lovers grab a Miller Lite.
