My Mission:  

I'm here to help you understand what low carb dieting is, why it works, and how it may help you regain control over your weight and your health!

Who am I?

Someone who wanted to lose weight and did. 40 pounds to be exact. All thanks to a low carb diet! 

Low carb gave me my life back. For 25 years I suffered from hypoglycemia. I was constantly sick and exhausted. I couldn’t go an hour and a half without putting something with glucose in it in my mouth to keep me from having a sugar crash. My constant symptoms included cluster migraines, nausea, sick stomach, crippling fatigue, severe mood swings, intense cravings, blackouts, dizziness, fog-brain, and so many other little things I can’t even detail them all. I was on a one way ticket to Diabetes in pretty short order. It wasn’t surprising really, since my father is Diabetic and my mother is Hypoglycemic. 

I was rapidly gaining weight and I couldn’t figure out why. I was fairly active and was watching what I ate. I had tried basically every diet known to man over the past 10 years with no luck. From the day I started a low carb diet (I used the Atkins Diet, initially) – I have had only two instances of a sugar crash in almost four years. I get sick rarely. My periods are much less severe – they don’t confine me to bed and for the first time in my life they are almost regular. I have lots of energy. I even sleep better! Low carb gave me a whole new lease on life. 

Because of what low carb has done for me I now try to help others in the same boat. I created www.locarbliving.com  as a resource for others with the same difficulties that I had. 

Millions have come to research and learn at this site in the last four years. But, I receive a lot of requests for more recipes because they are so popular and work. So, now I have also put all my knowledge and recipes and tricks into the Rapid Results 30 Day program that can be used anywhere anytime by anyone. I hope you enjoy it and are as amazed by your results as I was with mine!”
